Since it had already been decided that the process of creating this illustration would be filmed, I chose to return to the basics with this piece.

Mami is the heroine of Magical Angel Creamy Mami, but in a way, Yuu could be considered the protagonist of the story. This illustration reflects that feeling.

I also chose Mami's classic costume, and I think it may have turned out to be one of the most “Mami-like” illustrations I've ever created.

By faithfully reproducing the original colors, we have brought out the artwork's vibrant charm to its fullest potential.
To enhance the viewer's immersion, two distinct qualities of light—its softness and its delicacy—have been carefully expressed throughout the piece.
Special attention was also given to the eyes of Mami and Yuu, a defining feature of Akemi Takada's artwork, which are rendered with vivid, luminous colors.

By applying pearlescent paint across the entire surface, we created a luminous effect that makes the light from the wand appear to shimmer and glow throughout the artwork.

This is the first Creamy Mami 88Graph to feature a custom-designed mat. Inspired by the world of the illustration, the mat has been decorated across its entire surface, creating a luxurious and truly special presentation.
Each piece is personally signed by Akemi Takada and includes a hand-numbered edition number, certifying its limited edition of 30.
Produced at the same size as the original artwork and larger than our standard edition, this piece has a remarkable presence that can instantly transform the atmosphere of any room.
