The contrast between the woman in a kimono-like costume and the retro car is fascinating.
The red Japanese umbrella adds vibrancy to the work, and we like how it accentuates the woman's glamour.
In the printmaking process, we first matched the red color of the umbrella and then balanced the overall calm color tone. The shading of the curves of the car is very beautiful, so we took great care not to crush that detail.
