SHIROMIZAKANA (Yukiko Horiguchi)

Born on January 28, 1983, in Kyoto, Japan, she is an animator and illustrator known for her work on the anime "Lucky Star", "K-ON! and "22/7", the movie "HELLO WORLD", and the game "Shin Sakura Taisen".

When illustrating a light novel, she uses the pen name "Shiromizakana" (white fish).

Her work as an illustrator began in 2007 with the book illustrations for "Outside the Door" (Dengeki Bunko).

She published illustrations in numerous magazines and illustrated books for "Colosseum", "Kokoro Connect", " Hakuchouki: Douyatte Goku wo Yaburi, Dousureba Kimi ga Warau no ka", and " Jana-ken no Yuuutsu na Jikenbo " series. 

In recent years, she also designed the 2019 cover of the magazine "Comic Yuri Hime", the cover illustration for "Ikitesaeireba", and the character design for "NHK Weather Character Haru-chan".

She also works under the pen name "Dochibi", mainly for Quarterly S magazine.
