Here are the two guys in autumn. I don’t often get the chance to draw just these two together (laughs), but this time I finally did. The scene is something like Kyon casually talking things over with Koizumi—or maybe just venting a little. It’s the kind of relationship that only works because there’s trust between them.

Shimmering pearlescent paint has been sprayed across the entire artwork to capture the vivid colors of the sunset and its soft, glowing light.

To complement the atmosphere of the illustration, we selected a brown wooden frame, bringing warmth and visual harmony to the piece.
