When we first saw the original piece, drawn with pen and watercolor, we were thrilled to discover a new dimension of Tokyo Genso's talent. Unlike their digital works, the watercolor artwork evokes a completely different impression, beautifully harmonizing nature and urban landscapes. The result is an extraordinarily calm and warm scene.

In creating the 88Graph, we focused on faithfully capturing the texture of the watercolor to preserve the warmth of the original artwork. Particularly, the tone of the "water" section plays a significant role in shaping the impression of the piece, so we took our time to carefully adjust it.

The mat was designed to complement the artwork’s tone, with a natural touch: blue edges and a cream-colored surface. Its compact size makes it easy to display anywhere in your home.
