To celebrate the publication of a luxurious new art book featuring Riyoko Ikeda’s beautiful color illustrations from The Rose of Versailles, EDITION88 will hold a special The Rose of Versailles Exhibition.

Inspired by the elegance of the Palace of Versailles, the art book features an opulent design and has been carefully produced to showcase the beauty of the original artwork.

At the exhibition, approximately 50 different 88Graph fine art prints based on illustrations featured in the art book will be displayed and available for purchase.

Visitors will be able to experience the brilliant colors, delicate details, and timeless appeal of beloved characters including Oscar and Marie Antoinette through the actual 88Graph fine art prints.

The art book itself will also be available for purchase, along with new 88Graph fine art prints and merchandise.

Designed around the concept of a “jewel box,” the art book features an elegant hardcover with a Rococo-inspired design reminiscent of the Palace of Versailles, beautifully finished with gold foil stamping.

With its refined appearance reminiscent of a classic Western art book, every detail has been carefully considered.

As both an art gallery and fine art print studio, EDITION88 paid particular attention to the choice of paper and color reproduction in order to bring out the beauty of Riyoko Ikeda’s original artwork.
