It’s been so long since I created the cover illustration for the second volume of the light novel that I can hardly recall my exact feelings at the time. What I do remember is the strong sense of responsibility I felt — that I had to create a cover worthy of the story itself.
Looking back now, I can sense that, despite the pressure, I was also enjoying the process even as I worked nervously on the piece.
