This 88Graph is from the newly drawn illustration featured in TALES – Mutsumi Inomata Art Collection (2005).

A close observation of the original artwork reveals a distinctive, uneven texture. To faithfully reproduce this texture, artisans at EDITION88 make fine adjustments by hand to each piece of 88Graph individually. Glitter has been applied along the decorative pattern in the lower right, while the gray background and the roses feature subtle embossing and a slightly rough texture.

The three main elements—background, characters, and decorations—are each enhanced through texture, allowing the artwork’s original tactile quality to be faithfully recreated.

In the lower right corner, Mutsumi Inomata’s signature is rendered in gold foil, adding a distinctive sense of luxury. True to its Platinum Edition status, the piece is presented in a thick silver frame with a black mat, giving it a substantial and refined appearance.
