Return Policy

 

Returns

You may return a product in any case on the condition that it falls under all of the following items.

1. Within 14 days, the day of the arrival of the product (hereinafter referred to as “day of arrival”) counting as the first day, you have notified us at edition88art@vision8.jp that you wish to return the product. The product sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.                                                                                                                                          
2.  There is no damage to the product caused by your intentional or negligent act.                                                                           
3. All packaging is kept, and the product is returned using this packaging, or packaging of the same material and strength as the packaging used when the product was first sent from us.                                                                                                             
4. None of the documents and other items included with the product are missing.                                                                           
5. The product has reached us within 30 days of your return request.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: VISION8, Inc.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

   Attention!

• The refund is for the product price only, and the shipping costs of the purchase will not be refunded.
• Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of the day of arrival if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we will work with you to find a solution. Be sure to include your order number and a brief summary of the issue in the email, as well as photos of the issue.
