The entire city is in the midst of a scrap-and-build process.

The Shibuya Scramble Crossing, reputed to be the busiest in Japan, has a large gaping hole resembling a crater, with beautiful splashes of water flowing down toward the underground. Cherry blossoms bloom on the terraced fields, adding a particularly gorgeous finish to this scene.
