Tokyo Genso / 88Graph 'Harajuku Station Genso'
Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout
The old station building, which remained the symbol of Harajuku Station until 2020, now gives us a nostalgic feeling. The roof of the wooden station building is covered with plants, making it appear as if it were a master of the forest.
The large, leaning building at the far right of the image is a landmark in Shinjuku, which is the 240-meter-high NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building. Shinjuku would already be at the bottom of the sea.
The contrast between the yellow of the many lemons on the trees and the blue-green sky makes this work beautiful.
On the Art Print, from EDITION88
The bright yellow-green roof and dark blue sky reflected in the light give the work impact, so that we paid attention to the balance of contrast throughout, while taking sufficient care to ensure that these colors are expressed beautifully in the art prints.
